The meeting was called to order by Brett Frank at 6: p.m.

2. Discussions
   1. Varsity Home Game Volunteers Needed – you or a family member or friend

1. 1. • Sell programs – come see us after the meeting
      • 50/50 Raffle – need people to help (6 tickets for $5 / 12 for $10 / 25 for $20
      • Chains covered for first home game – may need others (free admission / free food)
      • JV and Freshman –
        • concessions for home games
        • tickets at gate
        • grill work (hamburgers / hotdogs)

2. 2. Fundraising Report

1. 1. • $40k / $23k profit
      • Bull Dolphins = 45 (same as last year)
      • Fish Fry:   Tarpon dock is charging for the fish this year
        • Players to sell tickets
        • Date:  10/20/23
