MOSLEY FOOTBALL PARENTS MEETING
Info from Coach Whiddon:
- Start strong academically. Don’t dig a hole for yourself.
- No excuse when you have tutoring and test retakes.
- Practice is a job! Consequences for missing. No practice=no play.
- Don’t schedule appointments during practice times.
- We will meet on Labor Day and Columbus Day.
- Football class: Varsity – 1st pd, JV – 2nd pd, Fresh. – 4th pd
Issues that need to be addressed:
- We need more space! Largest school in county with smallest weightroom. Three teams with about 140+ players. Some players are sharing lockers. Mosley football blueprint hasn’t changed since school was built in 1973.

Booster information:
- Drawdown and Poker Tournament is August 11 from 6-9 at the Panama Country Club.
- Players went home with 1 ticket to sell.
- Ticket stubs & money to be returned Friday August 4.
- Poker filling up fast. Drawdown payout is $10k
- Season passes on sale now. $60/ea and gets you into all home games, Varsity, JV, and Fresh.
